Ice cream kiosk – fresh Danish Ryå ice cream from Aabybro Mejeri

In June we are open on weekends. In July we are open Wednesday-Sunday.

We have brought back a bit of nostalgia and have opened up the little hatch where we serve delicious ice cream. Here you can stop by and choose from about 12 different types of ice cream and sorbet.

At Café Sylten Ice Cream Kiosk, we have chosen to collaborate with RYÅ is, which makes their ice cream from fresh Danish cream and cane sugar, and where the raw materials include real bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, hand-picked strawberries, Belgian chocolate, and the award-winning nougat that they cook themselves.

Café Sylten is located on Sydstranden with beautiful nature. In May and June, the rosehips bloom, which we plant in our garden

– come by and enjoy an ice cream with the best view in Dragør.

At Sylten, you can relax in our cozy Fireplace Lounge and enjoy the view of the Øresund Strait, the bridge, and the large ships passing by.

When spring arrives, you’re also welcome to unwind in our charming Orangery, where you can take in the beautiful nature, the birdlife along the beach, and the planes taking off from Copenhagen Airport.

If the wind is onshore, Sylten is known as a fantastic spot for kitesurfing.

Dogs: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed inside Sylten. However, there’s plenty of space outside – as long as your dog is on a leash.
