• Slow-braised lamb shank with Dijon sauce, baked rice with herbs, and seasonal vegetables.
• Slow-roasted pork shoulder with mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
• High-welfare beef tenderloin with red wine sauce, roasted potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
